Quality Control Is Our Product

Big mills run on sampling checks — with thousands of orders, they cannot open every roll. We can, and we do: our QC team opens nearly every roll of your order and inspects it by hand, meter by meter, checking shade, weaving defects, width and hand-feel.

And if we find a dirty or stained spot, we do not just mark it — that spot is washed and blow-dried by hand before the fabric is allowed to pass. Only clean, checked rolls are packed and shipped.

Found a snag? We tag it on the fabric — nothing is hidden from you. A major fault? We replace the fabric. Minor points are tagged and reported within normal trade tolerance. No arguments, no surprises in your cutting room.
